Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a four-week temporary assignment with a manufacturing company located in Haverhill. This role is office-based and will primarily support document management activities within the company's ERP system.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 4 weeks (temporary)

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan, upload, and accurately attach documents into the ERP software system
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail while handling files
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and comfort working within software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Eligibility to work in an ITAR-regulated facility (required)
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism

Work Environment & Dress Code:

  • Office setting within a manufacturing facility
